The complex is designed for production of aspheric optical elements (including the off-axis elements of glass, quartz and vitreous ceramics). The automatic shaping technology of the sophisticated optical surfaces using a small tool and a tool-mask is employed.

  • telescopes with reflecting objectives (Cassegrain system)
  • precision optical collimators
  • spectroradiometer 0.4...15 μm

TECHNICAL CHARACTERISTICS
  • Material: glass, quartz, vitreous ceramics
  • Clear aperture: up to 800 mm
  • Surface shape: paraboloid, hyperboloid, ellipsoid, aspherics of high orders
  • Clear aperture - focal length ratio: up to 1/3
  • Surface curvature: up to 10 mm
  • Asphericity: up to 1000 μm and above
  • Surface accuracy: λ/10 (at λ=0.63 μm)*

* the maximum asphericity and accuracy vary with the surface parameters and material properties.
