A technological complex set up at NIIKI OEP makes it possible to produce optics from metals,
polycrystalline-and-monocrystine materials, optical ceramics and other unconventional materials. The manufacturing
methods of optical elements, including development of manufacturing processes, is based on conventional polishing and diamond turning.
Advantages:
creation of optical elements with sophisticated surfaces
high quality of surface with minimum breaking in surface layer
high reproducibility
improved functional and weight-dimension
characteristics
Surfaces to be processed:
flat
spheric
aspheric
cylindrical
conical
polygonal etc.
