SLAB ÑÎ2 LASER

Ùåëåâîé ëàçåð

Slab gas lasers with an active medium created in the narrow slit clearance is a new promising trend in the development of the sealed ÑÎ2-lasers.

Purpose:

High-accuracy noncontact processing of the materials - welding, cutting, fast drilling and perforation, marking, soldering.

Advantages:
  • High power and small size
  • Rapid adjustment of power between 2 and 100 %
  • Small focusing spot and high-quality beam provide high accuracy in processing the mate-rials
  • Remote processing (up to 5 - 10 m) of the materials through a transparent window provides the laser operation in the course of 4000 hrs with life up to 10 years
  • High resistance to shaking, vibration, and temperature difference
  • Rapid readiness for operation, fast switching to perform a wide variety of functions
  • Compatible with numerically controlled machine tool and industrial robots
Technical Data
Mean power, W up to 500
Wavelength, mm 10.6
Output spot dimension, mm 20õ20
Divergence, mrad 2.0
Cooling water, 20 l/min
Overall dimensions, mm 1300õ650õ350
Mass, kg (without power supply), kg 50

Double screening from high-current circuits, presence of the analog signal propor-tional to the mean radiating power and steady sync pulses to trigger the peripheral equip-ment makes this laser suitable for use in all conditions.
